Vision Aerospace Ltd. and LX Avionics Ltd. are delighted to announce that, after several years of collaboration, we are formally joining forces to bring a comprehensive support offering to light aircraft owners and pilots.
On 31st August 2022, Vision Aerospace Ltd completed the acquisition of 90% of the shares of LX Avionics to become the majority controlling shareholder and to welcome LX into the Vision group. The combined force will be able to offer an enhanced supply and fit service for a comprehensive range of avionics, aircraft parts, and pilot supplies. Both businesses operate from Turweston Aerodrome and are already neighbours facilitating the integration. The team at LX will remain in place and we will be looking to significantly expand the operation and service proposition. The combined businesses now have one of the most comprehensive portfolios of avionic equipment on offer, with strong partnerships with leading brands across the GA world.
